🧩 myIndiHome

Role: Product Owner

Focus: Developing and enhancing several key features within the myIndiHome application, including Add-On, Billing, Dashboard Assurance Add-On SMOOA, and Lucky Draw Family, while collaborating cross-functionally with design, technical, and business teams.

Contribution: Managing end-to-end product flow — from user requirement analysis, backlog prioritization, and feature validation to implementation coordination with development teams — ensuring consistent product quality across platforms.

Impact:

Improved user experience consistency, streamlined the service purchasing process, and strengthened the digital ecosystem integration between IndiHome’s web and mobile platforms.

• Add-On: Managed product flow design and backlog prioritization for additional service features, enhancing service flexibility and customer retention.
